This young male presented with very heavy skin, an unrefined lower nose, and hanging of the nose over the lip. He is shown prior to and after surgery. Thick skin makes it hard to create a refined thin nose, but the increased projection of the tip, along with eliminating the hang over the lip, gives the impression of refinement. *
